Introduction

This is a guide on how to replace the vibration motor from inside the NexiGo NS32. There are 5 specific steps in this guide that describe how to take the vibration motor out of the controller. Be careful not to damage any of the internal components.

    • Remove the eight 9 mm Phillips screws that secure the rear case.

    • Lift the rear case up and off.

    • You may need to use an opening tool to help release the rear case, but avoid using excessive force so you don't damage the controller.

    • Grip the white vibration motor connections and pull them directly out of their sockets.

    • Gently lift out the vibration motors.

    • The vibration motors may be glued in place. If you're having trouble removing them, apply some high-concentration isopropyl alcohol to loosen the adhesive.
