Background
The EasySMX ESM-9110 is a wireless controller created by EasySMX and was released in May of 2021. It retails for $35.99. Some unique features of the EasySMX controller are the global patented M1-M4 programming buttons, which make the game player level up instantly and its plug and play capabilities which require no additional driver downloads. The EasySMX ESM-9110 also has general controller features such as ABXY buttons and a right joystick. 2.4G Wireless Transmission Technology ensures a stable connection without any delay, and the controller can also be wired and connected to Nintendo Switch devices. The controller has the ability to pair to Windows computers running XP/7/8/8.1/10/11 (the controller is unable to pair to Win 11 Business Edition), PS3 consoles, and Android devices with OTG function and version 5.0 or above, such as smartphones, tablets, or Android TV.
One of the most prevalent issues is the slow wear and tear on the controller causing it to not last longer than two years at the most. Along with this, the controller faces issues with connectivity and longevity in regards to its battery life. The most common reported user issues pertain to the controller's charging capabilities and the controller powering off. Replaced by the EasySMX ESM-9124 that has Bluetooth connection, motion controls, and a backlight while also addressing many issues with EasySMX ESM-9110 such as the connectivity issues and being more resilient to the common wear and tear of a controller.
Identification
The EasySMX ESM-9110 can be distinguished from other EasySMX controllers by its black color, green, yellow, red, and blue buttons and 2 extra buttons on the front of the controller in the middle towards the bottom for brightness and vibration. The controller can also be identified by the grey EasySMX logo above the home button and by the model number 67-020B, found on the side of the controller's box.
